Casa Ulivo is spread across 180SQM on two floors, this home perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for up to 6 guests.

Ground Floor:
Unwind in the cozy living room, which features a double sofa bed (140x200cm), comfortable armchairs, a 43" smart TV and direct access to the garden. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table and everything you need to cook.

Upper Floor:
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms. The first offers a double bed, a desk, drawers and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The home has one full bathroom with two sink, toilet, bidet and a bathtub and a second bathroom with a toilet and sink.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to enjoy the large garden. A portion is reserved exclusively for you, with a dining area and deckchairs. Cool off in the shared swimming pool (8x4m, 1.5m deep), typically open from June to end of September.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. The swimming pool and some parts of the garden are shared with guests from another apartment of the property. Your host will greet you in person for a warm welcome and check-in.

• Please note that the apartment is situated on two floors and is not equipped with an elevator.
• Before your arrival, the home is professionally cleaned. We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for your stay.
• You will find a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
• According to regional law, the heating can be turned on from 15 October to 15 April and cannot exceed 21 degrees Celsius.
• 10 days before your arrival we will ask to receive your ID or passport. This is a mandatory by low to host guest in Italy.
