Casa Ortensia is spread across 90 square meters over two floors. This home perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comforts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for up to four guests.
Ground floor:
The two bedrooms are located on this floor. The first one features a double bed, a wardrobe and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shelves. On the same floor, near the two bedrooms, is the full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
Upper floor:
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you can relax in the living area with direct access to the upper garden. The living area features a sofa, armchair, TV, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking.

Outdoor Spaces:

• Please note that the apartment is situated on two floors and is not equipped with an elevator.
• Before your arrival, the home is professionally cleaned. We provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels for your stay.
• You will find a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
• According to regional law, the heating can be turned on from 15 October to 15 April and cannot exceed 21 degrees Celsius.
• 10 days before your arrival we will ask to receive your ID or passport. This is a mandatory by low to host guest in Italy.
